By using the Shyam Auto website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel affected orders with a full refund
• Product images are for reference; minor variation in colour/packaging from the brand is possible

Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments (UPI / Cards / Netbanking) via Razorpay, shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only once payment (or COD order) is successfully placed.

Product availability

Stock is updated regularly, but in rare cases an item may go out of stock after ordering — in that case we will inform you and offer a refund or alternative.

Limitation of liability

Shyam Auto is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use. Riding gear should be used as per manufacturer guidelines and relevant safety regulations.
